Renault Captur launched in India at Rs 9.99 lakhs
Renault has finally launched the Captur and the question that needs to be answered is - should you consider this over a Creta or any other car in this fiercely competitive segment. The Captur is a very important launch for Renault as it attempts to cash-in on the crossover craze.
The Duster, while being a honest and rugged SUV, does not cut it for features or competing with the Creta. The Captur is for that. The biggest reason to buy this crossover is for the looks. It stands out from the crowd and thanks to its generous dimensions (its bigger than rivals) at a length of 4,329mm, width of 1,813mm and height of 1,613mm and a ground clearance of 210mm, it has more presence. The styling is pure French i.e. it is interesting and not blending-in.
